If both the email address and password you registered contain typos, you must contact us at info@ChristianGamesandCrafts.com to have the information edited.

Wrong Password If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it anytime.

Cookies Like most commercial web sites, our site requires the use of browser "cookies." You must have browser cookies enabled in order to log in. If you do not know how to enable cookies, you should contact the manufacturer of the browser, or use a search engine to locate exactly how to enable them (An example of using a search engine to locate the information could be typing "enabling cookies in Internet Explorer" in the search box at Google.com).

Old Browsers We encourage all of our members to have the latest version of their web browser installed, since many older browsers may not be as compatible with our site.

One of these suggestions should solve your problem. If none of these suggestions work, please contact info@ChristianGamesandCrafts.com and provide the details of your login problem.

Q: What happened to monthly subscriptions?

We switched to yearly subscriptions on October 4, 2011 after receiving many requests from churches to switch over to yearly billing to cut down on the amount of paperwork and transactions they had to handle.

Q: What if I originally signed up for Christian Games and Crafts as a monthly subscriber?

You may switch over to yearly billing at any time by logging in and clicking the "Account" link at the top of the page and following the yearly billing instructions. Filling out the form will sign you up for yearly billing. Details of the agreement will be in the terms and conditions you agree to when resubmitting. On the date of your next regularly scheduled billing date, you will be billed for a whole year subscription of $60.00. Your monthly billing will cease.

You may also elect to remain a monthly subscriber. In that case, do nothing and your billing will continue on a monthly basis until you a) cancel the account, b) switch to yearly billing, or c) your current credit card expires and you have to update your billing information, at which time it will switch you to yearly billing.
