God wants us to be careful what kind of seeds we plant in our heart. The story of Cain and Abel shows us the result of making bad choices and allowing bad seeds to grow. Children learn that they want to plant the good seeds of God’s word in their hearts so that the Holy Spirit will bloom. This lesson is day two of the Growing In The Son VBS, but it can be easily adapted and used as a stand alone Bible Lesson.
