Paper Frog Race Bible Game
In A Nutshell
Kids make a frog then race them to the Pharaoh's palace in this fast-paced Bible game.

Elementary, Tweens, Teens
Estimated Time
15-20 minutes making frog
What You Will Need
- Index card
- Crayons or markers
- 1 sheet of card stock
- River Race Game Board Template (See Downloads Below).
Directions
- Place card in vertical position. (If there are lines on the card, have them face up).
- (1) Fold top right corner across. Crease then open back flat.
- (2) Fold top left corner across. Crease then open back flat.
- (3) Push creases in with forefingers as you bring the top of the card down. Press flat.
- (4) Fold corners up to top peak and press down.
- (5) Fold sides in.
- (6) Fold the bottom up to the tip making a crease at the bottom edge of folded triangles.
- (7) Fold the edge back making a crease at the half way mark.
- Turn the frog over making sure he is folded up. Lightly place your finger on top. Slide your finger off the back edge of the frog to make him jump.
- Decorate with crayons or markers.
- Print River Race Game Board Template on card stock
Extras
The key to this is to make all your creases very sharp. Use the top of your fingernail to press down folds. Children love to have jumping races with their frogs. Make the Nile River the start line and the Pharaoh's Temple the finish and let them go.
